Motifs and Symbols

Michael’s burn notice constantly reminds the viewers of Michael Westen’s situation of being burnt under false accusations. As a result, all of the consequences he faces, frozen credits, no cash or identity, and lack of job history, promote the themes of justice and the individual versus society.
